Hotel firstly staff was first rate, there was not one staff member you could have said they lacked motivation towards their clients, from the Lady on front desk, who spent time not just with my family, but everyone, promoting hotel and the island of Mallorca, the Restaurant-bar manager, who again welcomed all, and his staff where also fantastic, the quality of housekeeping again 5 Stars. Great Hotel, Great Staff, Your website under sold a few points eg. Indoor pool which I found out via Metropolian own website only bad point was I think distance to sea!!! Was further and was expecting a little closer. But overall super value for money for a 3 star hotel, will recomend.
