Surrounded by mountains over 1,000 m high, Arnedillo lies between the La Rioja mountain range and the fertile Cidacos valley, one of the most beautiful places in La Rioja. The spa is set deep between the Encineta Mountain and the Cidacos River, and is conveniently situated, being close to civilization, yet far away enough to ensure the peace all guests seek in a relaxing retreat.
From the western part of the Cantabrian Mountains, the best route is via Miranda de Ebro, Logroño, Calahorra and Arnedo to Arnedillo. From the eastern part of the Cantabrian Mountains and the East Pyrenees, the best route is via Pamplona, Peralta, Calahorra, Arnedo and Arnedillo, or Peralta, Rincón de Soto, Autol, Quel, Arnedo and Arnedillo. From the South it is recommended that guests arrive at Madrid and then head to SORIA: on the NI, taking exit 104, for Riaza, San Sebastián de Gormaz and Burgo de Osma towards SORIA; or on the NII, taking exit 150 for Medinacelli and later Almazán towards SORIA. From SORIA, then head towards Logroño, only 5 km to Garay. At the edge of this town take a right towards Arnedo, continue through Yangüas and Enciso, and arrive at Arnedillo. From anywhere on the Mediterranean coast, and for those coming from the North or South, the best option is arrive at ZARAGOZA or MADRID. Guests coming from MADRID, should see the directions above. Those arriving at ZARAGOZA, continue towards Logroño and then Calahorra and later to Arnedo and Arnedillo. From the West, and from the North or South, the best option is arrive at ZARAGOZA or BURGOS. Guests coming from BURGOS, should continue towards Logroño, then Calahorra, Arnedo and Arnedillo.

Actividades
The activities organised by the hotel and spa are designed to complement guests' stay and keep them active in their spare time. The best way to start the day is with a yoga class. Later on, shape up in an aerobics class, and in the summer, choose to try aqua aerobics. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, a solarium, a gym and a steam bath and guests may relax with a massage as well as enjoying the many spa treatments. In the afternoon, there is the option of signing up for one of the guided hiking tours which start from the hotel and provide not only exercise, but also the opportunity to plunge into a natural environment abounding with magnificent scents and scenery. At least twice a week, the wine cellar opens its doors to share the tradition of the La Rioja region, whereby the wine cellar becomes not simply a place where wine is made, but where friends can meet to chat and enjoy a glass of wine and roasted sausages. Guests who are travelling with children, will find they too can spend a wonderful, fun-filled time at the daycare centre, on the slides and swings at the Thermal Water Park, or at weekends and during school breaks at the Junior Club for children over 4 years old, where they can play imaginative games, as well as try arts and crafts.
